Performance Contracting

Perform financial analysis of performance contracts, pro forma, during performance and forensically.

Provided detailed engineering analysis, including bin hour analysis, and specialty heat transfer and steam calculations for performance contracts.

Provided forensic engineering analysis for performance contracts, and performance contractors.

Provide project management services to fortune 50 companies, acting as owners representatives, and coordinating subcontractors.

Performance contracts and energy projects sold or managed by the principals of VSEnergy currently generate annual energy cost avoidance in excess of $20 million dollars, or more than 400,000 barrels of oil annually.

Principals have personally performed detailed energy audits for over 200 commercial facilities, and 500 industrial facilities.

Training

Provide energy conservation training on a standard and custom basis for building operating personnel and building engineering teams.

VSenergy Provides C.E.M. training consistent with the Association of Energy Engineers course outline in preparation for the Certified Energy Manager examination. Current first time pass ratio of exam for our trainees is in excess of 85%.

Systems Integration

Executed systems integration and systems integration engineering for fortune 50 companies using Microsoft tools, custom integration software tools, and network based (inter and intra) systems for integrating multiple buildings, control systems, and generations into a single operator system.

Utilized BACnet, Lonworks, and other open protocol systems to integrate building controls into unified control systems.
